Located in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, Gene Kellar Productions Inc. provides professional videogarphy, photography and multimedia services for over 25 years.
Fees are as follows: The first two hours (minimum) are $275.00 which includes 30 minutes set up time.
Each additional hour: $125.00 (billed in 15 minute increments as the services are needed).
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of $125.00. If a video deposition is canceled at the site and time as scheduled, the minimum fee of $275.00 will be assessed.
Automobile travel expenses outside of Lake or Porter County, Indiana are $25.00 per hour plus applicable parking fees.
These prices include the services of a Certified Legal Videographer, one professional video camera, audio mixer and up to four microphones. One DVD will be provided to the noticing attorney. Additional DVD's are $50.00 each. VHS tapes are available upon request. Editing charges are $75.00 per hour. Masters of the deposition are held for one year from the date of the deposition.
Delivery of the DVD can be expected in 10 working days.
Fees are as follows: $150.00 per hour. For four consecutive hours, the fee is $500.00.
For eight consecutive hours, to include a 30 minute lunch break, the fee is $800.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of $150.00. If a Day in the Live Deposition is canceled at the site and time as scheduled, the minimum fee of $250.00 will be assessed.
Automobile travel expenses outside of Lake and Porter County, Indiana are $25.00 per hour plus applicable parking fees.
These prices include the services of a Certified Legal Videographer, one professional video camera, and on camera audio. Wireless microphones can be used and will be available if necessary. If the situation requires and as prearranged, an assistant will be there for the change of $50.00 per hour.
One DVD will be provided. Additional DVD's are $50.00 each. VHS tapes are available upon request. Editing charges are $75.00 per hour. Masters of the depositions are held for one year from the date of the deposition.

This service is provided to document the conditions of the work site and surrounding area before any construction work is done with a date and time stamp on the video.
